Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Gaps2Bridges (“we”, “us”) covering the Gaps2Bridges website and the Gaps2Bridges apps for iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the app you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The app is built for college students and adults planning a career. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Gaps2Bridges compares your coursework with public job postings and produces match scores, skill gaps, learning plans, interview guidance and resume feedback. All of it is generated with the help of AI and is informational guidance only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, employment, interviews, admission, salary outcomes, or that any listed course, event or job posting is still available. Always verify details with the employer, school or provider before acting. Gaps2Bridges is not a career counselor, recruiter, employment agency, or legal, financial or educational advisor.

You agree not to:

• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload other people’s personal information, or sensitive documents such as Social Security numbers, medical records, birth certificates or financial account numbers — these uploads are automatically blocked.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your education or work history to a third party using our output.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or bypass the security of the app, or misuse the AI assistant to extract system instructions or generate harmful content.
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its output without our written permission.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Report anything that violates these Terms to support@gaps2bridges.co.site; we review reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and eject the responsible user where warranted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload — coursework, resumes, cover letters and chat messages. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the app and generate your results, including sending it to our hosting and AI processing providers. You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit. You can erase your content or delete your account at any time from the Your Privacy Choices page or the Erase and Reset page inside the app.

The Gaps2Bridges name, logo, design, text and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own career planning. You may download, print and share your own generated results for personal use.

Job postings, course catalogs, articles, books, events and learning platforms referenced in the app belong to their respective owners. We show short excerpts and link out to the original source; we do not claim ownership of, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any employer, job board, university, agency or learning provider named in the app. Their names and marks are used only to identify them. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@gaps2bridges.co.site with the work concerned, the location in the app, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief. We respond to valid DMCA-style notices promptly and remove or disable infringing material.

Some features, such as Bridge Pro, may be offered as paid or subscription features. Where you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is made through that store, prices are shown before you confirm, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled under Apple’s and Google’s policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly. Where we bill you outside the app stores, the terms shown at checkout apply.

The app links to external job boards, employers, learning platforms and events. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or lost employment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These Terms are between you and Gaps2Bridges only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for product liability, legal compliance or third-party intellectual property claims relating to the app. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Your use of the Android app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Distribution through Google Play is governed by Google’s Developer Program Policies, including its rules on user data, content and subscriptions.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On deletion, your data is removed from our active systems as described in the Privacy Notice.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
